At Curvd2Perfection, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across the UK. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order

 

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £4.99

Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £7.99

Free UK Delivery: on orders over £100

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Curvd2Perfection.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply.
