Refund policy

At Curvd2Perfection, we take pride in providing high-quality shapewear, activewear, and lifestyle essentials designed to make you feel Flawless at Every Size. We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if:

• You received an incorrect item in your order.
• We made a mistake in fulfilling your order.

Unfortunately, we do not cover returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Underwear & intimates (e.g. briefs, thongs, bodysuits, nipple covers).
• Opened or used personal care products.
• Sale or clearance items (unless incorrect).

3. How to Request a Return

If you received the wrong item or there was a mistake:

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 curvd2perfection@gmail.com.
2. Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
3. Our team will confirm next steps and provide a return authorisation if eligible.

⚠️ Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect item to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–10 working days to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If an incorrect item was sent, we will either:

Send the correct item at no extra cost, or Issue a refund if the item is unavailable.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
